We primarily accept USD (US Dollars) for all international orders. EUR and GBP are also accepted for T/T and L/C payments. For Alibaba Trade Assurance orders, the platform supports multiple currencies. Please confirm with our sales team if you need to pay in a different currency.
Yes. Alibaba Trade Assurance covers your order up to the paid amount. If the supplier fails to ship on time or the product quality does not match the agreed specifications, you can file a dispute and receive a full refund. This protection applies to all orders placed through the Alibaba platform.
For established customers with a proven track record, we offer flexible terms including net 30/60 payment after shipment. New customers start with our standard 30/70 T/T terms. As the business relationship develops, we can discuss customized payment schedules based on order volume and frequency.
We provide a complete set of shipping documents including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (CO), and any required certification documents (CE, GS, RoHS). For L/C orders, all documents are prepared strictly per your letter of credit requirements.
